After panicking and it being a Saturday not being able to get ahold of anyone; my insurance agent, power company, or town maintenance, I got in touch with Abe Uysal of Sunshine Restorations. He calmed me down and jumped into action. Abe immediately helped me get in touch with the power company, there was 49 inches of water and we couldn’t get to the power panel. He drove to his company and got three water pump, assembled a work crew of four and they pumped out the water, installed five powerful fans and two large dehumidifiers all within six hours. Then he got me a Plumber to come on Sunday to replace the culprit, Hot water heater! He also had a dumpster delivered on Sunday. On Monday Abe and his team of five arrived and gutted out my family room. Abe then came up with a plan to reconstruct my family room. I’m very great-full to Sunshine Restorations and especially Abe Uysal for their quick actions and a terrific job well done!"

Ibriham is the man. If this guy is in your corner, rest easy. He will literally run down the whole restoration process from drop off to pick up. He’s extremely detailed and will go above and beyond to ensure the job is done correctly without cutting corners. Lastly, he will take the time to explain what their methods for restoration are and even go as far as explain the products they use and what they are made of. They never use unsafe harsh chemicals which is great if you’re currently living in the home. The whole company is great, but Ibriham is one of the best people I have ever worked with and it deserved me creating a google account to leave the review. Prices were extremely fair in my opinion.

I reached out to Sunshine personally, and spoke to the owner Abraham. He personally came out with a crew to move furniture, remove carpet, and affected drywall. He left his machines there for several days and once everything was dried out. He restore the drywall and carpet and insulation all under a day. A very important sidenote the other contractor came and wanted to charge $100,000 Sunshine charged $10,000. They are very honest company and they do excellent work. I was able to get back to normal in under a week. Thank you Sunshine!"

One instance of the work we had performed was related to a water leak from a bad window install job, which Sunshine Cleaning and Restoration easily took care of in regard to the restoration. Next, a lady drove her car into one of my relative's house and there was a huge hole the size of a Toyota Camry on one side of the house.
