24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE PROVIDER
Water Damage can be tricky because it can be happening as we speak, but hidden behind walls and in the ceiling.
Evaluation and Inspection
The first step of any water damage project involves an inspection and evaluation, utilizing moisture meters, hygrometers and other specialized equipment as needed. A recommended scope of emergency service and a drying plan and procedure is prepared and agreed upon.
Our Experience in Water Damage
Over the last several decades, the science of water damage restoration has evolved from basic water extraction by a carpet cleaner, to modern day state-of-the art technology, employed by technicians trained and educated by certifying bodies, such as Enviroguard, which has taken a leadership role in setting industry standards with real world applications. With over 30 years of experience and tens of thousands of successfully completed projects under our belt, Sunshine Cleaning and Restoration is ready to help you in your time of need.
Extraction, Evaporation, & Dehumidification
Our water damage technicians use state-of-the-art water extraction equipment to remove water from carpets, floors and crawlspaces. Powerful air movers, dehumidifiers, and other sophisticated drying equipment remove remaining moisture from the structure. Drying is a necessity in order to restore water-damaged materials to pre-loss conditions.
When a large amount of standing water is evident, damage to drywall and flooring can be obvious. However, when water seeps into hidden spaces and voids inside walls and beneath flooring, it can lead to the onset of mold, particularly if not detected and immediately dried. Time is of the essence and humidity control can make a big difference in preventing secondary damage.
